Log in to the Archive Manager

This article describes how to log in to your Rackspace Hosted Email Archive.

Prerequisites

  • Applies to: Administrator
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Time needed: Approximately 5 minutes
  • Tools required: Cloud Office Control Panel access

Log in to the Archive Manager

  1. Log in to the Cloud Office Control Panel by using your Rackspace Cloud Office admin ID and password.
  2. Scroll down to the Domains section. In the far right column of this section, click Email Archiving.

  3. Select the domain for the archive that you want to log into, and then click Manage My Archive.

After you are logged into your Rackspace Hosted Email Archive, you can perform many additional functions such as creating searches, exporting searches, adding archive users, and more.
