SDDC Flex

The Rackspace Data Protection service is available to all customers using Rackspace SDDC Flex. It provides image-based (snapshot) backups of the VMs provisioned in Rackspace SDDC Flex environments. After configuration, the service backs up all desired VMs daily and retains historical versions according to the selected retention policy. The service enables image-level and file-level restores so that data can be recovered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The Rackspace Data Protection service is not yet available as a standalone product.
