Update an account's billing information

Note: If you are a Dedicated Hosting customer, you can request the updates described in this article from your account manager.

Use the following steps to update your billing information, including billing address and the credit card on file:

  1. Log in to the Cloud Control Panel.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Billing.

    You are redirected to the Billing Overview dashboard, which provides information on billing, payments, and usage.

    • To update your billing address, click Billing Settings and make your changes in the fields where they are needed.
    • To update the credit card on file, click Payment Methods > Manage Payment Methods and make your changes in the field where they are needed.
