Share a Microsoft Exchange 2010 calendar using Outlook 2010

To share a Microsoft® Exchange® calendar with another Exchange user within
Outlook 2010, complete the following steps:

  1. In the bottom left corner of the Outlook Navigation window, click Calendar.

    The calendar appears in the Outlook window.

  2. In the left-hand navigation pane, right-click the calendar that you
    want to share.

  3. In the menu, click Share > Share Calendar.

  4. In the Sharing invitation window that opens, enter the name of the person
    with whom you want to share your calendar in the To: field. Then
    choose the level of access that you want to grant the invitation recipient.

  5. Click Send. The recipient receives a sharing invitation with a link to
    click to add the shared calendar to Outlook.
