  • Leveraging our global brand to uncover new opportunities and easily resell our solutions to your customers and prospects

Program Requirements

  • Deal registration
  • On-boarding and Rackspace products and services training (via e-Learning system) in first 90 days of program
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey
  • Provide first-level support and then leverage Rackspace support
  • Provide billing and accounting support
