Live chat support for Cloud Office

This article provides steps on how to request live chat Support for Cloud Office Email services.

  1. Log in to your Rackspace Customer Portal.

    Note: If you are unable to log in to this portal, try to log in to the Cloud Office Control Panel directly and skip to step 5.

  2. Click the Products drop-down menu.

  3. Select Cloud Office from the menu.

  4. You are taken to a new page where you click the black button on the left side labeled Open Cloud Office Control Panel.

  5. You are now logged in to your Cloud Office Control Panel. Click the button labeled Live Chat in the upper-right corner of the screen to begin a support chat session with a Cloud Office email expert.
