Export email address data from Outlook 2016 for Mac

This article describes how to export a copy of your email address data from Outlook 2016 for Mac OS.

Export email address data

  1. In Outlook 2016, click File > Export from the top navigation bar.

    The Export to Archive File window displays.

  2. In the Export to Archive File window, check all applicable items that you want to export and then click Continue.

  3. Enter a name for the file, and then click the expand arrow to choose a location in which to save the file.

  4. A box displays that your data has been exported, Click Finish.
