Export email address data

  1. In Outlook 2011, click File > Export from the top navigation bar.

    The Export window displays.

  2. In the Export window, select Outlook for Mac Data File(.olm), and then check off all of the items that you want to export. Click the right arrow in the lower right corner to continue.
